By streamlining their journey through our interconnected work, we reinforce our “NO WRONG DOOR” approach ensuring everyone can find the resources and support that best fit their needs.
The Counselling Collaborative
We proudly partner with The Counselling Collaborative, a network dedicated to enhancing access to quality counselling services in our community. This partnership fosters strong relationships among local organizations to create a cohesive support system that addresses the diverse mental health needs of individuals and families,
The Family Violence Project
As partners in The Family Violence Project, we work collaboratively to prevent and address family violence in our region. This initiative focuses on raising awareness, providing support for survivors, and creating safe spaces for individuals affected by family violence, fostering a culture of safety and empowerment.
PLEXUS
As partners in PLEXUS FASD, we work together to provide supports to individuals and families affected by Fetal Alcohol Spectrum Disorder (FASD). Our joint efforts focus on connecting families to crucial resources and educational support. Together, we strive to create a positive and supportive environment for everyone affected by FASD.
Waterloo Region-wide Tutoring
We are proud to be part of Region-wide Tutoring, where we collaborate with other community organizations to help students achieve their academic goals and nurture their wellbeing.
One Stop Talk
We are proud to be a part of One Stop Talk, a network of infant, child, and youth mental health agencies, that provides immediate access to mental health support across Ontario.
Connectivity Waterloo Region
The Connectivity Table brings health and social service agencies to a weekly meeting to collaboratively and proactively address situations of elevated risk and support individuals to access the services they need.
Collaborative Community Tables
We actively participate in various community partnership tables to ensure that mental health perspectives are integrated into discussions about broader community concerns. These collaborative spaces allow us to leverage shared expertise and resources, while working together toward the goal of strengthening the wellbeing of our community.
