Community Resource Program (CRP)
The Community Resource Program (CRP) helps children and their families connect with mental health services across Waterloo Region. Through this program, we work closely with school boards and community partners to provide tailored support for children, youth, and families with mental health needs, with a focus on early intervention and prevention.
We offer consultation sessions where caregivers and/or youth meet with a Community Resource Worker for a brief, 60-minute discussion to explore resources and services that support child/youth wellbeing.
Polaris
Our Polaris program provides intensive support for families with children aged 5-12 who have severe mental health challenges. This program is by referral only.
Groups and Counselling
Groups and Workshops
We offer a variety of groups and workshops at no cost for children, youth, and caregivers that focus on the emotional wellbeing of children and youth.
Counselling
Along with our other services, we offer counselling for children, youth, and families. Services are offered on a sliding scale to make sure everyone can access the support they need.
